An 1846 stagecoach stop and inn built by by Glen Ellyn pioneer, Moses Stacy. The museum is interpreted as a tavern inn of the 1840s in northern Illinois complete with parlor, tap room, kitchen, dining room, and sleeping quarters. There is also a smoke house and privy located on the property. The Glen Ellyn Historical Society hosts an exhibit room on the museum’s second floor. The first floor is handicap accessible and there is a video tape of the tavern’s second floor as well.
